- 1For HARD/VERY HARD mode: Take the ALCOHOL BOTTLE from the barrel and return to the first floor OWNER'S ROOM. Use the ALCOHOL BOTTLE on the painting to obtain the FORKLIFT KEY.
- 2For EASY/NORMAL mode: Enter the room adjacent to the WINE ROOM to find the FORKLIFT KEY.
- 3After acquiring the FORKLIFT KEY, proceed to the end of the room. You can find an IRON PIPE near the first shutter and a GREEN HERB in the corner. An ALCOHOL BOTTLE is located in the first doorway before the first shutter, midway through the turn, and near the ladder of the wine shelves.
- 4For HARD/VERY HARD mode: Be aware of a zombie hidden by the camera angle in this area. HANDGUN AMMO can be found to its left, and Alyssa's Stiletto Heels are also located nearby.
- 5Beyond the forklift, a BLUE HERB is available.
- 6Use the FORKLIFT KEY on the forklift and operate it. Alternatively, you can destroy the shutter here to advance.
- 7You must leave Bob behind temporarily. If you use the FORKLIFT KEY, climb the ladder, crawl to the other side, and proceed to the stairs.
