    Enter the B1F Waste Liquid Disposal Room.

    Locate the first leech positioned in front of the opened shutter on the right side of the door. It will ambush you when you approach the healing items.

    Find the second leech in the water; it can be easily dodged.

    In V.HARD mode, an IRON PIPE can be found.

    On the right side of the water area, a pack of HANDGUN ROUNDS is available for some characters.
