Alright, so you've made it to the final scenario in Resident Evil Outbreak: Decisions, Decisions. This one throws you into Raccoon University in the last desperate hours before the city goes boom. It's a race against time, and your choices really matter here, hence the name! The Setup You start off at a rescue station, and George Hamilton gets a note from his buddy Peter Jenkins. Peter's asking for help over at the university. A few hours later, George is leading a small group of survivors into the chaos. What's the Goal? When you find Peter, you'll discover he's been shot. Bummer. But, he was working on something called "Daylight," an anti-virus that can actually cure the t-Virus. The catch? You need to find three components to synthesize it, and the machine is on the third floor of the university lab. The Components & The Threats * T-blood: You'll need to head into the R.P.D. underground garage. There, you'll have a run-in with an experimental Tyrant called Thanatos. It's a tough fight, but if you can lure it under some faulty wiring, you can disable it long enough to grab a capsule full of T-blood. Watch out, this thing is seriously dangerous. * V-poison: This one takes you down into the subway system and then into an emission tower. Inside, you'll be dealing with a whole colony of wasps. Just grab the pre-collected sample from the top floor. * P-base: For this, you'll be heading deep under the university to a water-processing facility. Be warned, this area is crawling with Hunter γs. You'll find the P-base sample here. Complications Galore Just when you think you've got the Daylight synthesized, the power cuts out. Then, you meet Greg Mueller, the guy who helped create Daylight. He's not friendly and wants Thanatos to finish you off. But before Greg can do that, Nikolai Zinoviev shows up and shoots Greg. Nikolai then plants charges all over the university and sets a timer. You gotta move! The Grand Finale You'll make your way to the courtyard as the university starts to blow. But the nightmare isn't over! The Thanatos survived and mutated into a massive Super Tyrant. You have two options: either blast it with everything you've got, or find an ampule shooter on an abandoned M8 Greyhound armored car and shoot it with a dose of Daylight. Trust me, the Daylight option is way more spectacular and effective. Once that's sorted, a helicopter will swoop in to rescue you. As you escape the city, you'll have the Daylight in hand, offering a glimmer of hope. You've made it through the end of Raccoon City!
