Walkthrough

    Upon entering Mushroom Rock Road for the first time, a cutscene involving Seymour will play.

    After regaining control, proceed forward. Enemies on this first screen are similar to those on the Oldroad in Mi’ihen Highroad.

    Talk to the NPCs on the left side of the first screen to receive an Ether, two Phoenix Downs, and a Hi-Potion.

    Continue north and speak with Clasko, who will direct you to the command center. The other path is blocked.

    As you turn the corner, O’aka will appear. He doesn't sell anything essential at this point, but you can stock up on items if needed.

    On the next screen, use the Save Sphere if necessary.

    Speak to the NPC standing there to receive a Hi-Potion.

    Find another path to the left that coils around. At the end, pick up Al Bhed Primer Vol. X on the ground.

    Go south of the Save Sphere to trigger a cutscene with Luzzu and Gatta.

    Return to the Save Sphere, save your game, and step on the contraption to take the elevator up.

    Enter the next screen to arrive at the command center for Operation Mi’ihen.
Tips
  • Funguars can put the entire party to sleep with their Pollen counter. They are weak to Fire. If Lulu has Fira, it can defeat them in one casting.
  • O'aka does not sell anything particularly valuable at this early stage.
