Special 7-Castle (Requires 220 Star Coins):

  1. This is a Cosmic Clone and time trial course. You start with 30 seconds and must collect Blue Clocks. The Cosmic Clone mimics your actions with a delay.
  2. Drop down the steps, jump over a lava gap (watch for Podoboo), and grab the first Blue Clock. Jump onto the cog and run in its rotation direction.
  3. Jump over two brick blocks with a Blue Clock on them, grabbing the clock.
  4. Jump onto the next cog with a Firebar. Move in the cog's direction and jump over the Firebar. Jump to the platform beyond.
  5. Star Coin #1 (Special 7-Castle): Grab the Blue Clock to your north-east. Jump onto the Large ? Block between pillars. The Star Coin is on the pillar to your south-west. Grab it and loop back to avoid the Cosmic Clone.
  6. Run under the Large ? Block, hit it, and move to its right side. Run out and grab the Tanooki Leaf from it.
  7. Run to the wooden platform and jump on the edge closest to you. The platform moves up. Move in a large circle to avoid the Cosmic Clone.
  8. At the top, jump onto the chain platform. Time your movement with the Podoboos dropping below to grab the Blue Clock before them.
  9. Jump up the steps and grab the Blue Clocks ahead. Complete a full circle to avoid the Cosmic Clone and continue north, jumping over the gap.
  10. Turn right and keep moving. Watch out for the Firebar. Hop onto the block it protrudes from to grab another Blue Clock. Jump off and continue right, avoiding the Firebar. Continue past brick blocks to the first alcove in the north wall.
