Part 10

Start by jumping onto the Switchboard and riding it down. Stomp the Paragoomba in mid-air. Remember that jumping on a Switchboard keeps it moving upwards.

After the first Paragoomba, a ? Block will appear containing a Tanooki Leaf. Grab it mid-air to prevent it from falling off the moving Switchboard. Dodge or stomp the next three Paragoombas.

Star Coin #1: To get this Star Coin, ride the Switchboard until it hits a water geyser. The geyser will launch the Switchboard onto an upper rail. Stay in the center and move forward to grab the coin. If missed, go back and retry, ensuring you have enough speed. Once collected, let the Switchboard return to the lower rail.

Continue on the Switchboard, dodging brick blocks used as obstructions. These blocks will push you to the other side if you collide, changing the Switchboard's direction. Reach the Checkpoint Flag.

Star Coin #2: On the next Switchboard, ride it until you fall to a lower rail. Move backward on the Switchboard. Jump to slow it down while dodging a Paragoomba. As soon as you see the Star Coin, jump to slow the Switchboard and grab it. Land on the side that moves it away from the edge to avoid falling.

As you switch between Switchboards, a Venus Fire Trap will shoot at you. Keep moving to avoid its projectiles.

Jump off the rail onto the earthen platform to the north and hit the purple ? Block to enter the bonus area. Inside, hit the left Large ? Block for a Tanooki Leaf, then the middle and right blocks for coins. Let the timer run out.

Back outside, hit the two ? Blocks on either side and re-board the Switchboard.

Star Coin #3: Dodge the sudden Paragoomba. Stop the Switchboard or move it left as it hits the left geyser to send it onto the upper rails. Move left to grab the Star Coin.

Return to the lower rail and move right through both geysers, staying on the lower rail. Grab the Green Clock at the end.

Go back to the right geyser. Ensure you are stationary or moving slightly right when the geyser pushes the Switchboard to the upper rail. Move right, staying centered and at the far right edge to collect coins as you slide down the slope.

When you land on the rail, move the Switchboard south-west to the end. Hit the ? Block for a 1-Up.

Move the Switchboard north-east. At the end, jump off into the Warp Pipe. (Optional: If Tanooki Mario, hop on the Warp Pipe, wall jump, and hover to a platform with three shrubs that give coins.)

Enter the Warp Pipe. Jump up the stairs and onto the next Switchboard. Run up it and jump off just before it falls to reach the top of the Goal Pole for a 1-Up.
