Part 41

A complete walkthrough for Part 41 of Super Mario Land, including strategies for Spikebars, Beat Platforms, and collecting all three Star Coins in World 6-5.

World 6-5 Walkthrough:

1. Requires 60 Star Coins to Unlock.
2. Move onto the first rubber platform. Jump up, stomp the Paragoomba, and jump to the next rubber platform.
3. Jump onto the next rubber platform (moving perpendicular) and then up to the next platform.
4. Stomp the two-high Goomba stack and proceed.
5. Reach the next rubber platform, move to its left side, and follow it as it moves right.
6. Jump across to the right over the ice, then up to the platform with a Goomba. Stomp it and jump right.
7. Hit the brick blocks; the center one contains a Tanooki Leaf.
8. Star Coin Alert! #1: Drop onto the previous rubber platform. The Star Coin is underneath the platform with the brick blocks. Bounce to it and grab it. Return to the right side and jump off the rubber platform up to the one on your right.
9. Move along with the platform, jumping onto the two platforms (one with two Goombas, the other with three). Stomp them all and jump back down to the rubber platform.
10. Use the rubber platform to jump up onto the ring of brick blocks. Ground pound the block to the left of the far right corner to find a 1-Up. Move right.
11. Hit the Checkpoint Flag and follow the path right.
12. Fall onto the first rubber platform to collect coins, then jump up to the next until you reach the top platform.
13. Jump down onto the four joined rubber platforms, falling through the red ring.
14. Jump up to collect coins above the rubber platform, then jump onto the ice to collect the last coin.
15. Collect the 1-Up (or Tanooki Leaf if small/normal Mario) and stomp the four Goombas stacked into two.
16. Move along the path and onto the next rubber platform. Stay on the left side, then jump over the ice, stomping the Paragoomba, and land on the right side of the rubber platform.
17. Jump over the next bit of ice, defeating the Paragoomba, and fall down to the rubber platform.
18. Star Coin Alert! #2: When moving between the two lots of wood, perform a large jump. Move into one wooden wall and wall jump off it. Jump into the other wall and wall jump off it. Repeat until you reach the platform above. Grab the Star Coin. Avoid hitting the brick blocks you are on unless the rubber platform is below, to prevent falling. Jump off the right edge and down onto the rubber platform.
19. From there, jump to the next rubber platform and then onto the Donut Blocks.
20. Stomp the two stacked Paragoombas, then move onto the rubber platform.
21. Jump up to the next rubber platform, and then the next.
22. Above this platform is a Large ? Block. Hit it repeatedly for coins. Wait for the moving platform on your left to come near.
23. Star Coin Alert! #3: When the moving platform is close, jump onto it. Take out the two Paragoombas and follow the platform until it reaches the left side. Jump down and grab the Star Coin below. Fall onto the Donut Blocks. Jump back up onto the moving platform.
24. Jump north from the moving platform onto the ice.
25. Jump up the rubber platforms until you reach the last one before the Goal Pole.
26. Jump off the north edge of this platform.
