Alright, let's dive into the 'Shadows Crossing' quest in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. You'll kick things off back at the Veil Jumpers camp in the Arlathan Forest. Don't worry too much about where you can go right now, but definitely check out the new shop. Selling off any loot you've collected so far is a great way to earn some Gold and boost your Faction Strength. Aim to get all your Faction Strengths to 3 Stars by the end; completing quests and selling items is how you do it.

When you're all set, leave the camp through the north exit and head towards the clearing. You'll spot a boat waiting to ferry you over to D’Meta’s Crossing. Hop on board!

Walkthrough:

1. Starting Out: You'll start in the Veil Jumpers camp. Make sure to visit the shop to increase your Faction Strength by selling items. Then, head north to find the boat that takes you to D’Meta’s Crossing.
2. Arrival at D’Meta’s Crossing: As you arrive, you'll immediately notice something's wrong. The village is covered in a thick fog and eerily silent. Your first objective is to figure out what happened here by trying to find the villagers.
3. Entering the Village: Leave the dock by heading south and follow the path. You'll find the entrance barricaded. Climb over to the right of it to get inside. You'll quickly discover the Blight has taken over the village.
4. Finding a Villager: Continue on and you'll encounter an infected villager. You're then directed to head towards the town square.
5. Investigating the Town Square: Keep following the path west. You'll need to break through some wooden boards in the next house to proceed. Once you enter the town square, you'll see the Blight's influence everywhere. Look north to find a large Blight Boil. Burst it, then head into the house nearby to find a small chest and a tattered note. After that, make your way around to the east side of the town square and continue following the path east.
