    To begin, ensure you have completed 'Spies Among Us' and advanced the main quest past 'The Siege of Weisshaupt' to unlock the companion quest 'Bloodbath'. Once 'Bloodbath' is complete, talk to Chance Candide at The Cantori Diamond.

    Fast travel to the Streets of Coin Financials beacon. Head east across a bridge towards a large mansion. Defeat the Venatori outside, then go down stairs near the mansion to reach the canal. Turn north and search the ground for a 'Hastily Scrawled Note'.

    Fast travel to the Grande Market beacon. Head west and northwest towards an archway, past a street performer. Examine the papers on the ground. Continue north around the stalls, then through the archway to the north. Turn northeast to find stairs leading down. Examine the notes on the ground, and the fourth one will hint at a puzzle.

    Locate the four braziers in the market. Each brazier has 1-4 candles nearby, indicating the order to ignite them:

    One Candle: Southwest of the stairs leading to the fourth note, near stairs going up.

    Two Candles: West of the stairs leading to the fourth note, near stairs going up.

    Three Candles: Down a street to the north, in the northeastern corner.

    Four Candles: Right next to the crate where the fourth note was found, on a nearby ledge.

    Light the braziers in the order of 1, 2, 3, and 4 candles. This will open a door near the fourth note. Enter the room and find correspondence revealing the nature of the relationship between the cultist and the Antivan Crow.

    Exit the room, head up the stairs to the west, and continue west into a cafe at the western edge of Treviso. Search near the bar along the northern edge of the cafe to find a 'Torn Note'.

Choice: Turn the Lovers In or Leave a Note to Warn the Lovers

  • Warn the Lovers: Return to the room in the Grande Market and leave a note telling the lovers to flee. Then, return to Chance Candide at The Cantori Diamond to complete the quest.
  • Turn the Lovers In: Head directly to Chance Candide at The Cantori Diamond without warning the lovers. This will complete the quest and start a follow-up quest, 'Lethal Devotion'.
