The Disciple-in-Ichor Boss Guide:

The Disciple-in-Ichor is a Level 30 Champion, considered mid-difficulty. It is weak to Fire and resistant to Necrotic damage. Recommended party members include Davrin and Taash (if available).

• Melee Slam: The boss slams its weapon, creating multi-directional attacks. Many of these can be parried, staggering the boss and leaving it open for attacks.
• Explosions: The boss can cause explosions around itself, often preceding other attacks like the Melee Slam. Dodge away from the red AoE marker.
• Blight Bombs: The boss teleports and throws multiple Blight Bombs that explode in an AoE. Keep moving and dodge the AoE circles.
• Leaping Explosion: At range, the boss targets you with an AoE circle and leaps to it, causing an explosion. Dodge the AoE as soon as it appears.
• Explosive Ground Pound: The boss shoots an explosion in a line and simultaneously causes an explosion around itself. This is a fast attack; watch the boss's facing to react.

The Disciple-in-Ichor Boss Strategy:

• The main challenge is dealing with the frequent explosions that accompany most of the boss's attacks.
• Use hit-and-run tactics as there are limited windows for attack.
• Combos create a slowdown effect, providing a good opportunity to attack.
• Stick close to the boss, as it is more dangerous at range, utilizing Blight Bombs, chained leaping explosions, and ground Blight.
• The fight is easier at a higher character Level.
