All Kehjistan Stronghold Locations in Diablo 4

Hey there! Ready to tackle some of the tougher spots in Kehjistan? Strongholds are these massive, super-fortified areas that are basically mini-dungeons. Clearing them out is a big deal because they get turned into friendly towns with new vendors and waypoints once you're done. Kehjistan has three of them, and they're no joke, requiring you to be around level 40 or higher. Let's find out where they are!

Here's a quick rundown of the Kehjistan Strongholds:

Alcarnus

First up is Alcarnus, a level 40 stronghold located in the eastern part of Kehjistan. If you've just popped out of the Imperial Library Waypoint, just head east. To clear this place, you'll need to take down three Necrotic Masses and then face off against a boss called Rashta Reborn. It's a solid challenge, so make sure you're prepared!

Omath’s Redoubt

Next, we've got Omath’s Redoubt, another level 40 stronghold, situated in the southern region of Kehjistan. Your best bet to get there is to fast travel to the Denshar Waypoint and then make your way southwest. Once you arrive, you'll need to do some investigating around the area before facing the boss, High Priestess Hadar. Keep your eyes peeled and your skills ready!

Altar of Ruin

Finally, the Altar of Ruin is waiting for you in the northwest of Kehjistan. This one's a bit tougher, requiring you to be level 45. From the Imperial Library Waypoint, head north. Your main goals here are to find a special Keystone and then defeat the boss, Dark Cardinal Maldul. This stronghold can be a bit tricky, so don't rush in!

Clearing these strongholds is super rewarding, giving you safe zones and fast travel points. Good luck out there!
