All Kehjistan Side Quests in Diablo 4

Complete all Kehjistan side quests in diablo iv, including Traces of Iron, Shadow of Alcarnus, and Mirage. Some require campaign completion.

Some side quests in Kehjistan are gated behind specific content. Most often, you will need to be onto Act IV or have completed the campaign to access them. You may also need to complete other side quest content to unlock them. Details are provided below when specific requirements are known.

Side Quests in Kehjistan:

1. Traces of Iron: Location: Tarsarak Waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination), in a building on the left of the village. Find Asyfa in the Iron Wolved Encampment.
2. Shadow of Alcarnus: Location: Besides a rocky surface in the Forlorn Sands, Scouring Sands region of Kehjistan. Slay 12 Flies in an area.
3. Payment Past Due: Location: Tarsarak Waypoint, to the southern side of town. Find a lockbox in Rezam’s Excavation.
4. Timely Correspondence: Location: Inside a chest in the Forgotten Ruins, a northern area of the Ragged Coastline region of Kehjistan. Lootable corpses can also contain the note. Return the letter to the Inn Keeper in Gea Kul.
5. Unusual Ore: Location: Drops from any mining node randomly in Kehjistan. Mine Mining nodes that you come across.
6. Spotted Mushroom: Location: Drops from any herb node randomly in Kehjistan. Harvest plants you come across to get this quest pick up.
7. Mirage: Location: Lut Bahadur, Amber Sands, Kehjistan. After Act VI, you can get this quest from a ghost in the ruin area.
8. Unsafe Travels: Location: Tar Pits, Ambersands, Kehjistan. After ACT VI, you can get this quest from a ghostly palm tree prop.
9. Desiccation: Location: Searing Expanse, Amber Sands, Kehjistan. After Act VI, and take the southwest exit from the Alter of Ruin into the Searing Expanse to find Naglaa.
10. Symbol of Faith: Location: Zakarum Chapel, Amber Sands, Kehjistan. Speak to priest Amr in the Zakarum chapel after Act VI to get this quest.
11. Guardians of the Pit: Location: Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint. Accept the quest from the Iron Wolves, then go to the marker in Amber Sands to kill Skeletons.
12. Butcher’s of the North: Location: Zakarum Chapel, Amber Sands, Kehjistan. You can start this during Act VI, and requires slaying cannibals near the chapel.
13. The Pilgrim’s Footsteps: Location: Searing Expanse, Amber Sands, Kehjistan. Move southwest from the Zakarum Chapel, and look for an old book to begin the quest in a section surrounded by the nearby coastline’s beach.
14. Road to Ruin: Location: Dunes of Despair, Southeast Amber Sands. Requires completing the Unsafe Travels quest.
15. The Only Cure: Location: Alcarnus, Kehjistan. Requires completing Unsafe Travels and Road to Ruin.
16. In Desperate Times: Location: Imperial Library, Caldeum, Kehjistan. Interact with the “Treatise” on top of a cupboard in the Imperial Library after you have completed the campaign.
17. Pinch of Poison: Location: In a building near the Purveyor Merchant, Gea Kul, Southern Expanse, Kehjistan. Unlocks during Act VI, requiring you to get Scorpion Venom Glands.
18. The Speaking Stone: Location: By the dock of Gea Kul, Southern Expanse, Kehjistan. Requires to look for a shrine in the Central Plateau.
19. The Weapon of a Wolf: Location: Drops from a randomly slain enemy in and around Caldeum. Only drops after completing the campaign.
20. A Voice from the Past: Location: From a Statue in the Central Plateau, which you find by starting The Speaking Stone. Get the Vizjerei Vessel from Conclave.
21. Izel of the Vizjerei: Location: A follow up quest from A Voice from the Past. Takes you around Kehjistan, looking for and fighting various creatures to complete the chain.
22. Final Straw: Location: The the northeast exit from Gea Kul, and the quest is along the road heading right of the town. Find a missing Camel by luring it with a bag of oats.
23. A Wolf’s Honor: Location: Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint. Speak to Asa and retrieve the belongings of two individuals.
24. An Errant Flock: Location: Look for the southern exit of Caldeum, and then travel west along that pathway. Escort the caravan to its destination.
25. To Serve Again: Location: Random drop from defeating enemies in Caldeum. Requires you to complete the campaign before you can access this side quest.
26. On the Hunt: Location: Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint. Search for an NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) and fight some bandits.
27. Seeking Refuge: Location: Head north from Gea Kul into the Ragged Coastline, and you can find a pack of Refugees in the Blistering Strand. Collect lost supplies and speak to the refugees.
28. More Value Than Gold: Location: Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint. Requires you to complete On the Hunt first.
29. Head of the Snake: Location: Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint. Requires completing More Value Than Gold.
30. A Moment of Peace: Location: Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint. Requires Head of the Snake.
31. The Way of the Three: Location: Gates of Hell, Caldeum, Kehjistan. Activate three statues using the “Cheer” emote, which you can find via the plaques near a corpse.
32. Zakarum’s Plight: Location: Travel east from Gea Kul’s Southern Exit, and take the northern path east to find this quest. Gather water from the nearby oasis and return it to the quest giver.
33. Sealed Khazra Offering: Location: Defeat Khazra enemies in Kehjistan. Randomly drops from Khazra enemies, which are very common between Gea Kul and Omath’s Redoubt, found in the Southern Expanse.
34. Strayed from the Path: Location: Tarsarak Waypoint, Scouring Sands, Kejistan. Complete the Epilogue, and come back to Tarsarak to fight Knight’s Penitent foes.
35. Ravenous Necrolyte’s Cache: Location: Tarsarak Waypoint, Scouring Sands, Kejistan. Harvest essence by fighting nearby demons and cultists on your map.
