Kor Dragan Barracks is the highest minimum level Stronghold in the Fractured Peaks, though it will scale to your level.     The main objective is to purge all vampiric corruption. This is a two-step process: first, wipe out smaller Vampiric Corruptions connected to the Vampiric Incubators. These appear as fleshy clumps; follow the veins leading from the Incubator to find them.
