To access World Tier III, you must complete the campaign and the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon on World Tier 2. Enemies become more formidable, Helltides and Champion monsters appear, and monsters gain 20% resistance. Rewards include Sacred and Unique items, Nightmare Sigils for dungeons, and increased EXP and Gold. Gear drops also scale better, up to level 50+.

World Tier IV - Torment
