Alright, so you've made it to the Hoarfrost Demise dungeon in Diablo IV, and now you're staring down the Khazra Abomination. Don't sweat it! This big guy is the final boss here, and while he looks pretty gross, he's got a predictable set of moves. You'll find him in the aptly named "Flesh Cavern" after you've dealt with three Skeletal Constructs scattered throughout the dungeon. They're basically like those effigies from the Raze the Effigy events – tough elites that summon adds, but nothing you can't handle.

Strategy:

• Phlegm Swipe: This is the boss's go-to move. It's a close-range claw attack that also shoots out a ball of poison. Whether it hits you or not, the resulting puddle on the ground deals damage over time. As the boss's health drops, he'll start spitting out more poison globs with each swipe, making the arena a minefield.
