Alright, so you've made it to Act IV and it's time to face Andariel, the Maiden of Anguish. You'll find her in the Forsaken Chapel, just head north from the Tarsarak Waypoint. Keep pushing through until you hit the Blasted Scarp – that's where she'll be waiting.

• Watch for Blood Stream: Andariel shoots this out twice in a row. It looks like a dark red stream and expands diagonally from her. It'll drain your health if you stand in it, but it's pretty easy to see and avoid. Just find one of the three open spots on the battlefield until it passes.
• Dodge the Blood Projectiles: These will home in on you, and getting hit really hurts your health. Keep running around the arena and be ready to use your dodge skill when they get close. You don't want to waste a Health Potion if you can help it.
