Fast travel to Herakleion and head to the northeastern island to meet Apollodorus and Cleopatra.

After a discussion, follow Cleopatra and listen to her political goals. She will name Septimius, The Jackal and The Scorpion as targets.

Speak with Livius, Septimius’s brother, to gain information.

Head to the island south of your current location and enter the brothel marked by the quest marker.

Pay the brothel owner, Helen, and go upstairs to meet the twins.

After speaking with the twins, make your way to Venator’s house, located to the west across the roofs and balconies.

Inside Venator’s house, use your Animus Pulse to find clues: a bust of Cleopatra with arrows, women’s accessories on a sofa, and wine casks filled with oil.

Smash a large urn by the door to reveal and kill a cobra.

Investigate the area where the urn was to find a letter from Septimius detailing a conspiracy.

The letter reveals three targets: an infiltrator, an arsonist, and an archer.

To find the infiltrator (dressed as a woman), head west or southwest to a party. Assassinate him, but be prepared to flee from the guards.

To find the arsonist, head to the northeastern end of the island near the beach. He is accompanied by guards. Use a foliage-covered ledge overlooking the beach to hide and eliminate them.

To find the archer, go to the northwestern end of the island. Climb a tower where he is located on the second wooden platform. Be cautious of a dual-dagger guard on the first platform.

After eliminating the three assassins, return to Cleopatra and Aya.

Defeat the soldiers who attack, with help from Aya, Apollodorus, and royal guards.

Finally, confront and defeat Venator.

Boss - Venator:

Venator is a level 31 melee brute.
His main attacks include a flurry of blows with his twin axes and a leaping dual-axe lunge.
His attacks are difficult to dodge once they land.
Do not rely on your shield to block his attacks.
When he shouts, he is about to charge and attack with his axes.
Charged heavy attacks can be effective, but be prepared to dodge after each hit as he may not stagger.
If you struggle with melee, maintain distance and use ranged attacks.
