Alright, so you're looking to tackle the 'Thick Skin' quest in Assassin's Creed Origins. It's a pretty straightforward one, mostly involving some hunting and a bit of travel. If you've just finished up in the Mareia Port area, head back there. You'll want to follow the road that cuts through the town, heading west until you hit a bigger road that runs northwest and southeast. Hop on that northwest-bound road, and you'll eventually need to cross a river. Keep going until you spot a village that's all surrounded by water – that's Sau Village. Once you arrive, make your way to the northeastern part of the village. You're looking for the tanner's wife; she's the one complaining about the smell. Turns out, her husband's business is booming, and he can't keep up with demand. She'll point you towards his hunting camp if you're willing to lend a hand.

Once you have your directions, head north along the coast. Keep an eye out, because you'll soon be within Senu's search range. Deploy your eagle buddy to pinpoint the tanner's exact location. When you reach him, you'll find him in a bit of a pickle, fending off a crocodile. No wonder he's struggling with orders! Take care of the croc, and then have a chat with the tanner. He's willing to pay you, but first, he needs two Hyena Ears, two Crocodile Eggs, and two Vulture Skulls.

Now, if you happen to have those items already, fantastic! Just talk to the tanner again and hand them over. If not, it's hunting time. Crocodiles are pretty common, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding one nearby. Hyenas might be a bit further afield, but you can easily head back to Siwa or Iment Nome where they're usually abundant. Vultures are a bit trickier, but if you've cleared out any Vulture Lairs before, you can return to those spots – they tend to have a steady supply. Once you've gathered all the necessary parts, turn them in to the tanner. The reward you'll get is definitely better than what you'd make selling them to a regular merchant.
