Follow our step-by-step walkthrough for Assassin's Creed Origins' Pax Romana quest. We'll guide you through finding Leander's deed, retrieving Vitruvius' manuscript, and dealing with some pesky lions.

Alright, so Flavius is finally out of the picture! Time to kick back and help out some folks in Cyrene. Head to the square just northeast of the city's main fast travel point. You'll find Diocles and Simonides there. Chat with Diocles; he's feeling generous and wants to give Leander's Villa back to the people of Cyrene. Sounds great, right? The only catch is they need Leander's deed, which is chilling in the Roman Akropolis. If you just wrapped up "Founding Father" and "The Weighing" and stayed nearby, the Akropolis should still be clear, making this a quick grab.

After you've dealt with Flavius, find Diocles in the square. He's got another job for Bayek. You'll need to return to the Roman Akropolis and search the underground treasury for the deed. Once you're back in the Akropolis, make your way to the building under the northwestern alarm brazier. Head down into the cellar; you'll spot a large white chest. The Deed to Leander’s Villa is sitting on a table right near it. Snag it, then head back to Diocles in the square. Hand over the deed, and he'll mention your old pal Vitruvius has gotten himself into a bit of a jam.

Next up, let's help Vitruvius. Fast travel to the Oracle of Apollo, which is southeast of Cyrene. From there, make your way southeast to the road that runs southwest past the Prasinos Outpost. You'll find Vitruvius chilling on the side of the road. He'll tell you some marauders swiped his manuscript. Apparently, you can't just tell him to whip up another one, so Bayek's got to go hunt down these bandits before they use Vitruvius' life's work for... well, you know. Go to the Desperate Gully Hideout, which is northwest of Vitruvius, in a dip in the hills just off the road. Be careful, there are about half a dozen bandits here, including a captain (level 36). Take out the ones on the outskirts first, then use ranged attacks or stealthy takedowns from above to pick off the rest. The guy with Vitruvius' manuscript, De Architectura, is an elite soldier. Once you've got the manuscript, check a tent on a ledge on the southwestern side of the camp for a red chest.

With the manuscript secured, return it to Vitruvius, who's back near his aqueduct. After he's happy, fast travel to Balagrae and find Praxilla. She's also heading to the Oracle of Apollo, but not before giving Bayek another task. Apparently, Crios is out harvesting herbs and needs some backup. Use Senu to find him; he's stuck on a rock in the fields southeast of Balagrae because some lions are giving him grief. Take down the lions, then climb up to Crios. He's as eccentric as ever. Once that's done, head back to the Oracle of Apollo where your friends are gathering. Go to the quest marker, and after a bit of chatter, the quest will wrap up.
