Follow our guide to complete the 'Unseeing Eyes' quest in Assassin's Creed Origins. Find Galenos, gather ingredients, and locate Silphium.
Walkthrough
- 1First things first, fast travel back to Balagrae. Once you're there, pull up your map and take a look at the roads leading out of town. You'll see a couple heading west, one north, and one south. Your goal is the southern road. Follow it west until you spot a guy named Galenos lying by the roadside. He looks pretty rough, claiming a manticore stole his eyes! Chat with him to kick off the 'Unseeing Eyes' quest.
- 2After talking to Galenos, you'll need to pick him up and carry him back to the clinic located right there in Balagrae. Once you reach the clinic, set him down at the designated spot and have another chat with Theramenes.
- 3Theramenes will then confess he doesn't have all the necessary supplies to treat Galenos. Bayek, being Bayek, agrees to fetch them. You need to find three doses of snake venom and two Ibex Horns. If you don't already have these items, you can find cobras and ibex in the fields southeast of Balagrae. Take them down to collect what you need.
- 4Return to Theramenes with the ingredients. He'll then hit you with another request: find some Silphium. This herb grows near the Balagrae Roman Barracks to the north, but not directly inside it.
- 5Head north towards the barracks and keep an eye out for a search area. Use Senu, your eagle companion, to help you sniff out the Silphium. It's located in a depot southeast of the barracks. Approach the northern walls of this depot. You should find an opening you can squeeze through. Behind it, you'll find bushes running along the wall, which will make it easier to deal with the Roman soldiers guarding the area.
- 6Once the Romans are dealt with, enter the large building at the eastern end of the depot. Inside, you'll find the Silphium. Grab it and make your way back to Theramenes. Hand over the Silphium to complete the 'Unseeing Eyes' quest.
