    Begin the quest by heading to the southern end of Memphis, near the Temple of Hathor. Chase down the child thief who will lead you into an ambush. Defeat the three bandits (level 23).

    The child will reveal his employer and problem. Head to the marked location near the shipyard to the east to find a burnt ship.

    Enter the ship through a wound in the hull on the eastern side and investigate the rope.

    Exit the ship and investigate the colorful sail and wood off to the side at the northern end.

    Talk to the oil merchant nearby. If he is uncooperative, smash some of his oil jugs to get the information you need.

    Head south out of Memphis to find a search area. Use Senu to pinpoint the Apagogeas Hideout.

    At the hideout, kill the captain (level 24) and loot the treasure. Defeat the lesser bandits (levels 22-23) patrolling the area. Hide in the foliage and use whistling to lure them one by one.

    Search the tents to find a red chest.

    Board the ship and search behind some sacks to find a hiding girl. She will tell you that the rest of the children are held by Gaia at her villa near the Temple of Hathor in Giza.

    Make your way northwest to the edge of a search area. Deploy Senu to locate Gaia's Villa.

    Climb to the roofs and enter the villa via a balcony. Be wary of guards (levels 22-23), one of whom has Gaia’s Villa Cell Key.

    Work through the house, killing guards and finding incriminating evidence.

    On the ground floor, head outside and find stairs leading down on the eastern end of the house.

    At the bottom of the stairs, find Kawit in a cage. Free her.
  15. 15
    The quest ends, and you will begin “Mortem Romanum”.

  • Use the foliage at the Apagogeas Hideout for cover and stealthily eliminate enemies.
  • The key to Gaia's Villa is held by one of the guards on the roofs or balconies.
