Complete Sobek's Gold in assassins creed origins. Find sunken statues, clear the Okteres Blockade, and defeat two brutes for 3,000 XP.

This quest can be found just west of the Euhemeria Royal Granary, north of the Euhemeria fast travel point. Head to the quest marker to find a Sobek Priest hitting a boy. Talk to the priest to learn about stolen gold statues and trouble at sea.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Head north to the northern docks of Euhemeria.
  2. 2
Deploy Senu to scan for sunken statues near the Okteres Blockade.
  3. 3
One statue is underwater, and the second is on board an octareme. You must deal with soldiers on these ships.
  4. 4
Okteres Blockade: This area consists of three ships. You need to kill a captain (level 28), a commander (level 29), and loot two treasures.
  5. 5
The commander and one treasure are on the larger, central ship.
  6. 6
The captain is on the eastern of the three ships.
  7. 7
The second treasure is on the western ship.
  8. 8
The smaller ships have about three soldiers each, while the central ship has six.
  9. 9
Swim or sail to the western ship and dispatch the guards by crawling along the deck and using whistles to lure them.
  10. 10
Loot the red chest in the tent at the southern end of the western ship.
  11. 11
Climb the mast of the western ship for a vantage point.
  12. 12
Use the rope connecting the western ship to the central ship to reach better vantage points.
  13. 13
From the western ship's mast, you can also target enemies on the eastern ship.
  14. 14
Climb down onto the octareme's two towers, which house ballistae, to help dispatch soldiers.
  15. 15
Once the central ship is cleared, loot a small white box on a table at the northern end and grab the statue from the throne.
  16. 16
Reach the eastern ship by using suspended ropes or swimming.
  17. 17
Isolate and assassinate the captain on the eastern ship.
  18. 18
Sunken Trireme: From the eastern ship, jump into the water to the northeast and swim to the Sunken Trireme.
  19. 19
Locate the two submerged treasures and the gold statue.
  20. 20
Start at the southern-most treasure and dive to find a red chest inside the ship.
  21. 21
Swim north to find the second Sobek Statue.
  22. 22
    Locate a white chest nearby.
  23. 23
Swim or sail back south to Euhemeria to find the priest.
  24. 24
    Give the priest the statues.
  25. 25
The priest will summon two guards. You must fight two tower-shield and axe-armed brutes.
  26. 26
Talk to the novice to complete the quest.
Tips
  • Use Senu to scout enemy locations and treasures.
  • For the Okteres Blockade, thin the ranks of soldiers using stealth takedowns and ranged attacks before engaging directly.
  • Overpower attacks are invaluable against the brutes summoned by the priest.
  • Weapons with the “Instant Charging” property can help get around the brutes' shields quickly.
  • If you are not equipped to deal with the brutes, flee, hide, and then return to take them out via stealth.
  • The rope bridges between ships can provide good vantage points.
  • Okteres Blockade completion: 900 XP
  • Sunken Trireme completion: 450 XP
  • Sobek's Gold quest completion: 3,000 XP
