    Make your way to the Asklepieion, a restricted area guarded by Roman soldiers. Use the surrounding bushes and hedges to hide and assassinate guards one by one.

    Circle around to the east of the temple to find a smaller, circular shrine. Enter it and grab the Papyrus Puzzle scroll "Forsake City" from a table.

    Enter the main Asklepieion temple. Use Senu to locate Crios.

    Climb the decorated wall to find Crios arguing with a brick wall. Pick him up and carry him out of the temple to Praxilla’s clinic.

    Set Crios down at the clinic. He will mention Melitta, raising concerns about Praxilla's safety.

    Head northwest of Balagrae into the hills to find a search area. Deploy Senu to locate the "Shrine of Whispers."

    Once Senu marks the location, head to the indicated ravine.

    Use the tall grass near the cliffs to drop down and stealthily dispatch the guards.

    Enter the tunnel leading to the shrine.

    Head down the stairs into a large chamber containing Melitta and Roman soldiers.

    Sneak around the northwestern edge of the room, past caged captives, to a chair near a column.

    Opposite the chair, you'll find a metal rod with a brazier. Leap onto the rod and climb the column.

    From this vantage point, kill Melitta, then her two guards.

    Free Praxilla and the other four captives from their cages.

    Leave the shrine to complete the quest.
