Wedding Season: Summer Events

Help Reece and Cyrus celebrate their wedding on Harvey's Island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons! Learn about themes, Heart Crystals, and wedding furniture.

Hey there! So, June's here and that means it's time for the Wedding Season event in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It's a super cute event that lasts the whole month, and it all happens on Harvey's Island. You'll be helping out a lovely alpaca couple, Reece and Cyrus, set up their wedding photos. Let's dive in!

How to Start: Sometime on your first day playing in June, you'll get a phone call inviting you to Harvey's Island for a special photography session. Just head over there, and you'll find Reece and Cyrus ready to go!

Setting the Scene: When you enter the studio, they'll ask you to help decorate the set. This is where it gets fun! Reece will give you one of three themes to work with:

• Cute Set: This one's all about the classic wedding vibe – think pink and white! You don't need to change the default colors of the wedding furniture for this theme.
• Garden Set: For this theme, you'll want to focus on greens, yellows, and browns. You can even customize the wedding furniture to fit that natural, garden look.
• Chic Set: If you get this theme, you'll be decorating with browns, blacks, and beige. It's all about creating a more sophisticated, darker aesthetic with the furniture.

As you keep helping them throughout the month, you'll unlock more wedding furniture, which means you can create even more amazing designs for their photos!

Earning Heart Crystals: While you're decorating, try to place lots of flowers and benches. The happier Reece and Cyrus are with your interior design skills, the more Heart Crystals they'll give you. You'll start by getting between 5 and 11 Heart Crystals per session, but this maximum can increase as you unlock more furniture by helping them out regularly.

What to do with Heart Crystals: These special crystals are your currency for buying wedding-themed furniture directly from Cyrus. The selection of furniture available will grow each time you help them out, so keep those photo sessions going!
