- 4On the mysterious island, scout around and look for Brewster, described as a green pigeon with glasses.
- 5When you find Brewster, tell him that Blathers sent you and that Blathers wants to open a Museum Cafe. Brewster will agree.
- 6Brewster will give you a Gyroid fragment and explain how to grow Gyroids: bury a fragment, water it, wait a day, and then dig it up.
- 7After exploring the island and collecting any desired resources, return to Kapp'n and ask him to take you back to your island.
- 8Go back to the Museum and tell Blathers that you found Brewster and he agreed to open the cafe.
- 9Blathers will announce that the Museum will be closed for one day to construct the cafe. The cafe will be open two days from when you speak to Blathers.
- 10Before the Museum closes, donate any new bugs, fish, or fossils you have collected, as you won't be able to donate them until the Museum reopens.
