How to Get Clients in the Happy Home Paradise DLC

So, you've finished your very first client's house in the Happy Home Paradise DLC? Awesome! Lottie's going to tell you that from now on, you'll need to head out and find most of your clients yourself. Don't worry, it's pretty straightforward!

Lottie mentions that a bunch of potential clients hang out on the beach right outside the Paradise Planning office. If you chat with them, you can convince them to let you design their dream vacation home. Head outside and follow the path down to the beach, near the dock. You'll notice Niko hanging around, and he'll give you a helpful tip: when you get close to a vacationing villager, you'll see a little speech bubble above their head. This bubble gives you clues about their dream vacation!

You'll usually find a couple of villagers chilling on the beach when you first start. Just walk up to them and see whose vacation concept sparks your interest the most. Pick the one you like!

As you progress in the game, that beach will get way busier with more and more potential clients showing up, so you'll have plenty of options later on.

Picking a Vacation Home Location

Once you've decided to help a client, you'll get to choose where their vacation home will be. There are quite a few different lots available, and they vary a lot! Some have bigger yards, some are in different seasons, and some even have lakes or rivers right in the garden.

You can really pick any lot you want, but it's kind of fun to try and match it to their theme. For example, if someone wants a cozy, snowy-themed house, putting them on one of the snowy lots would be perfect! Or, if they're all about the beach life, a beach lot is a no-brainer.

After you've picked the perfect spot, you'll be whisked away to the vacation home to start decorating. Keep in mind that depending on the client you chose, there might be specific items they're hoping for.
