[10-3-13] 13. Landown's Interface

Scout the cliff face with starting Zippers to determine optimal placement for Defenders.

Build a heavy line of Defenders close enough to the cliff to reach units on top, but out of range of ground units and safe from continuous aircraft attack. Scatter a few more Defenders throughout your base.

Be aware that CORE ground units piled against the cliff edge contain missile-firing troops; avoid this group with aerial forays.

Build at least 2 advanced aircraft plants and assign numerous construction units to each via the Guard function to speed up production.

Constantly produce Brawlers and Hawks from the advanced aircraft plants. Hawks are needed to counter CORE fighters, which pose a serious threat to Brawlers.

When attacking the cliff top, have your aircraft move up from the far left or right and sweep along the top.

Prioritize destroying CORE aircraft plants, then other plants. Destroy any construction units you see to prevent the CORE base from being rebuilt.

Build two or three Moho mines and two geothermal plants. Protect each advanced structure with a ring of four Defenders.

Start by sending your starting Kbots to scout the map and locate metal deposits and the cliff.

Build four solar panels and have your Commander build metal mines.

Send a construction unit to a thermal vent to begin building a geothermal power plant.

Build two radar (one on the left, one on the right) near the cliff, ensuring they are out of attack range.

Build an aircraft plant, a construction aircraft, and an advanced aircraft plant.

Build metal and energy storage units.

Build five Atlas Transports and five Freedom Fighters with the aircraft plant.

Build five Hawk fighters and five Brawler gunships with the advanced aircraft plant.

Use Freedom Fighters to eliminate any flying units south of the cliff, avoiding the cliff itself due to strong CORE air defense.

Have Atlas Transports pick up your Commander and Fido Kbots.

Move the transports, Brawler gunships, and Freedom Fighters to the left side of the map.

Fly up the left side to the top corner, unload the transports, and have them return south.

Use Brawler gunships and Kbots to attack approaching CORE units, and Freedom Fighters to engage CORE fighters.

Buy time for your Commander to build a vehicle lab and start producing Samson missile launchers. Build five and send them to aid air defense.

Continue building Brawler gunships in the south and Kbots in the north.

Once established in the north, it is a matter of time to defeat the CORE buildings along the north edge and CORE units near the cliff.
