Complete the Rougpelt mission in Total Annihilation by D-gunning the Zeus bot, capturing key structures, and protecting your Atlas.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
First, use the D-gun (a powerful weapon) on the Zeus bot.
  2. 2
Capture the windmill to gain additional power for the D-gun.
  3. 3
Travel south and capture both the Fink (a transport unit) and the Atlas (a heavy vehicle).
  4. 4
Load your commander into the Atlas and fly both the Fink and Atlas straight south to the bottom of the map.
  5. 5
Move the Fink to the right until you spot the shore and unload the commander as close to the shore as you can.
  6. 6
You might like to put the Fink into a patrol route that flies around the island you just landed on in an attempt to draw some enemy fire.
  7. 7
Warning: Do not let the Atlas get killed, as you will lose the mission if it is destroyed!
  8. 8
There is a light laser tower a short distance inland; use the D-gun on this and any units in the area.
  9. 9
Move the commander along the bottom of the map until you come to the advanced radar tower (a structure that reveals enemy positions on the minimap (a small map displayed on the HUD (Heads-Up Display))).
  10. 10
If you are coming under heavy fire from the missile Kbots (enemy units), you might like to D-gun them, but make sure they aren't too close to the tower or it will get caught in the blast.
  11. 11
Capture the advanced radar tower to complete the mission.
Tips
  • Protecting the Atlas is crucial to mission success.
  • Use the Fink's patrol route to distract enemies from the Atlas.
  • Be mindful of the D-gun's blast radius when targeting units near the advanced radar tower.
