    In the room with Secret 8, break the vent grate on the ground and enter.

    Grab the Portable Medikit inside.
  3. 3
    As you proceed, you will see another grate to your left.
  4. 4
    When you approach this grate, a secret door will open across from you within the vents.

    You must Jetpack over to this secret door.

    Inside the secret area, you will find an RPG.

    To find the exit, go down the large fracture in the ground created by the explosion.

    Break the grate here and follow the vent to the end.

    When you reach a dead end, jump and continue on.

    Break the next vent you encounter.

    An Enforcer is inside this vent, along with a switch that returns you to the main level.

    The Exit Symbol is also located here.
Tips
  • The vents connect the entire level and cannot all be accessed until the end.
  • If you access the vents the same way you did in Secret 6, you can find Freezer Ammo and Shrink Ray Ammo.
