[02-02-01] Movement

Master Duke Nukem 3D movement controls: jump (A), duck (Z), run (Shift), strafe (Alt, ','/'.') and more.

Controls:

1. Move: Use the Arrow keys.
2. Jump: Press the A key.
3. Duck: Press the Z key.
4. Run: Hold the Shift key.
5. Toggle Autorun: Press the CapsLock key (autorun is off by default).
6. Strafe (Hold): Hold the Alt key and use the Left and Right arrow keys.
7. Strafe (Toggle): Use the ',' key for Left Strafe and the '.' key for Right Strafe.
8. Fire current weapon: Press the Ctrl key.
9. Use environment object: Press the SpaceBar key (e.g., to open a door).
10. Spin around 180 degrees: Press the Backspace key.
