The level begins with Duke crashing his spaceship. After falling through a vent, you'll take some damage, but a +30 health pickup nearby will compensate.

Head out onto the street. Look for a floating flaw from a signboard to find an RPG. You can shoot through some windows in the right building to find an RPG.

A hidden area containing a chaingun can be found behind the left building's window.

Inside the theater, a pornographic film called 'Sister Act 3' is playing. Interacting with the projector displays a large image of a woman. Shoot the crack in the screen with an RPG or pipe bomb.

In the arcade area, there are many gas canisters. Be prepared for enemies. After exploding the canisters, quickly retreat to the safe area near the elevator you entered from.

The 'Innocent' sign is a satire of the O.J. Simpson case.
This level is popular for remakes in other FPS games with level editors.
It has been remade as a hidden level in Brutal Doom and as an official multiplayer map in Duke Nukem Forever.
