    Building Ledge Access: See that other dumpster? Use it to give yourself a boost and get up onto the building ledge. If you haven't dealt with them already, there might still be some Pig Cops up here.

    Key Acquisition: Once you're on the first level of the ledge, grab the Steroids and the Chaingun Cannon Ammo. Then, jump up to the second level. Bingo! You'll find the Blue Key and some more Shotgun Shells up there.
