• Attacks: Energy Burst Spray (Projectile), Devastator Spray (Projectile), Squish (Melee)
• Weakness: Vulnerable to explosives, particularly the RPG.

Phases:

1. Phase 1: Initial Assault
   The Cycloid Emperor, a massive lizard-like humanoid with a single eye and fanged mouth, awaits in a football stadium. He is heavily armored and accompanied by a squad of assault troopers.
2. Phase 2: Projectile Barrage
   He alternates between two projectile attacks: a spray of slow-moving energy blasts similar to Octabrain projectiles, and a dangerous barrage of Devastator-like missiles.
3. Phase 3: Melee Threat
   If Duke gets too close, the Emperor will attempt to squish him with melee attacks.

Strategy:

• Come prepared with a Jetpack, Devastator, and an RPG fully loaded with ammo. Ensure Duke has max health and armor.
• Strafe around the Cycloid Emperor at a distance that allows his energy bursts to dissipate and his rockets a better chance to miss.
• Unload your weapons, focusing on the RPG. It typically takes around 40 RPG blasts to defeat him.
• Immediately eliminate the accompanying assault troopers, referred to as his
