Walkthrough

    At the start, pick up the Pistol from the trashcan beside you.

    On the main street, you will alert three RPVs.

    Near the Blue Key Door and Duke Burger entrance, find Pipebombs and Steroids.

    Go left around the building perimeter. Fight a Pig Cop.

    Enter the next alley to face two RPVs and a Pig Tank. Collect the two Pistol Ammo found there.

    On a wall near the Duke Burger sidewalk, find a Large Medikit.

    Continue down the street to the SPCH entrance, guarded by a Pig Tank. Collect Shotgun Shells on its right.

    Find a dumpster near the SPCH. Jumping into it reveals a Large Medikit behind an exploding wall.

    Locate a barrel near the level entrance containing Shotgun Shells.

    Go to the Duke Burger drive-thru with the large Duke Head.

    Use the front of the drive-thru. A small compartment on the wall behind it will open.

    Jump onto the wall across from the drive-thru, then onto the drive-thru menu itself to access the compartment.

    Inside the compartment, you will find the Blue Key and a Shrink Ray.

    Return to the Blue Key door and use it.

    Fight the two Pig Cops to the left and right of the door.

    Collect the Small Medikit in the left corner.

    On the right side of the room, find two Small Medikits on a table and a Freezer underneath it.

SECRET 1

  1. Go to the alley that contained two RPVs, a Pig Tank, and two Pistol Ammo.
  2. Locate a barrel to the right of the alley, facing a T-shaped wall section.
  3. Jump on the barrel, use Steroids, and run into the wall to enter the secret room.
  4. Alternatively, use a Jetpack to enter the secret room (entrance is under the yellow line).
  5. Inside the secret room, find Pipebombs, Steroids, a Portable Medikit, and two Microwave Expander Ammo.
  6. An exit from this room leads directly into the Duke Burger.

  • The secret room provides access to the Duke Burger, bypassing the need to use the Blue Key in this level.
  • Be prepared for combat with RPVs, Pig Cops, and a Pig Tank.
