    Head to Dogtown’s main gate. You will receive a call from Songbird.

    Make your way to the Stadium Parking Fast Travel point in Night City.

    Approach the main gate and look for Songbird. Follow the fence toward the gate, then turn right. Your relic will activate.

    Meet Songbird. She explains that the Space Force One plane, carrying the NUSA President Rosalind Myers, has been hacked and is crashing in Dogtown. You are their only contact on the ground.

    The access point Songbird told you to find is straight ahead on your left. Interact with it.

    Enter the next room and stand on the moving platform that Songbird activates. Talk to Songbird as the platform transports you.

    In the next area, head through the doorway and jump on the car in front of you to reach the upper level.

  • If you started Phantom Liberty from the menu, you'll get a call from So Mi instantly. If you're using an original character, you need to complete the “Transmission” mission first.
