Alright, so after finishing up the Double Life mission, you'll get M'Ap Tann Pelen. Don't worry, it's not like you have to jump straight into action. The game gives you a little breathing room before this one really kicks off. First things first, you need to give Mr. Hands a ring to get the ball rolling. After you call him, he'll give you a vague "I'll get back to you." Your objective will then update to something like: "do other stuff until Mr. Hands calls back." If you've been busy with side quests, he might call back pretty quickly, maybe even just by waiting a minute. If you're eager to keep the main story moving, starting up Ghost Town is a solid choice while you wait.

Once Mr. Hands finally calls you back, you'll need to head over to a chapel located in Pacifica. The good news is there's a fast travel terminal right outside the chapel, so if you've happened to discover it already, that's a quick way to get there. Whether you drive or fast travel, once you arrive, head inside. You can chill on the railing if you're a bit early or late. Make your way through the crowd until you meet your contact, who will then give you some instructions.

After getting your marching orders, you'll need to head to a nearby butcher shop. It's only about 70 meters away, so a casual walk is perfectly fine. Once you're at the butcher shop, chat with the vendor and follow their instructions to meet up with Placide. You'll then walk and talk with Placide, and he'll lead you to his office. Honestly, whatever you say or how you react in this conversation doesn't really impact anything major. You'll get the details about the job, and right after this quest wraps up, the next one, I Walk the Line, will start immediately.
