Heaviest of Hearts Walkthrough: Should You Take Georgina's Deal?

Start the Gig: After completing the main story mission 'Firestarter,' travel to the Luxor High Wellness Spa. Head northwest to a roundabout; Mr. Hands will contact you to meet Michael in a hardware store below. Michael needs your help to alter his son Eric's fate, which was influenced by lawyer Georgina Zembinsky's testimony.

Locate Georgina Zembinsky: Speak with Helan, who directs you to Jack. Jack will inform you that Georgina is in the VIP Area.

Navigate the Heavy Hearts Club: Go to the Heavy Hearts Club (northwest of Luxor High Wellness Spa). Ask the bartender about Georgina; she'll point you to Jack. Find Jack in the restroom upstairs after paying 550 Eddies. He'll reveal Georgina is in VIP Room 4.

Reach VIP Booth 4 Undetected: Wait for Markus to be ejected, then enter the room and stealthily take down the guard. Head upstairs, disable two ceiling cameras, and neutralize the guard in the middle of the room with a silenced weapon. In the more open VIP Area, disable another camera, enter the room behind the bar, and perform a stealth takedown.

Approach Booth 4: Use a silenced weapon to eliminate the guard behind the bar and the one near the STA Only Door. Booth 4 is opposite the bar. Before approaching, turn off the camera and take out the guard. If your Technical Ability is not level 20, you cannot enter directly. Instead, go to the room around the corner, neutralize another guard, and interact with the Distribution Box.

Make Your Choice: Enter Booth 6 and watch the recording with Georgina. You have three options:

• Let Georgina submit the testimony (source remains anonymous, Michael unhappy).

Refuse Georgina's deal (she deletes the testimony, you fight her bodyguard).

If Body Level is 9, use the dialogue option "Be smart about this, Hank" (Hank leaves quietly).

Conclude the Quest: After making your choice, return to Michael to complete the gig.
