Once you're there, an event will trigger, and after a chat with Johnny, you'll get a message from Delemain. Here's the kicker: your vehicle is going to be unavailable for about 10 real-world hours. Yeah, you read that right. No speeding this up, so get ready to either hotwire cars off the street or rely heavily on fast travel.
