Alright, so you're looking to take down Lt. Mower, huh? She's one of those Cyberpsychos you'll run into in Watson, specifically in Kabuki. You can tackle her after you've finished up 'The Rescue' main job.

Find Lt. Mower:

You'll find her Northeast of the Bellevue Overwalk Fast Travel point. Look for a building that's swarming with NCPD officers – that's your cue. Head inside, and you'll find Lt. Mower waiting.

Strategy:

1. Initial Engagement: As soon as you approach her, get ready to lay into her with your best weapon. A couple of well-placed headshots can do a good chunk of damage.
2. Hit and Run: Don't try to stand and trade blows. After you land some hits, retreat out of the building until she calms down a bit, then go back in for another round.
3. Environmental Hazards: Be super careful about the floor! Lt. Mower can electrify it, and that stuff hurts. Seriously, it deals a massive amount of damage, so try to stay on the outside edges of the area if you can.
4. Dealing with Invisibility: This is where it gets tricky. She's got a nasty teleport and invisibility move. If you have EMP Grenades, now's the time to use them! They'll strip away her camouflage, giving you a clear shot.
5. Melee Avoidance: Whatever you do, try to avoid getting into physical combat with her. She's resistant to it, and you'll just end up taking a lot of damage from her punches, which also inflict burns. Stick to ranged attacks.
