Head Southwest of the MLK & Brandon Fast Travel point to find the Inn where this Gig takes place.

Find a way inside the Inn. Options include purchasing a room, forcing the door on the left (Requires Body 8), forcing the shutters on the right (Requires Body 12), or forcing the door at the back (Requires Tech 12). You can also intimidate the nearby Techie to open the door.

Once inside, enter room 103. You can force the door if you have Tech 12, or bribe/intimidate the Techie to let you in.

Inside room 103, scan the body and the vents to learn what happened to Booker.

Go up to room 203. You can force the door if you have Body 16, or access it by going through room 200 and jumping along the balconies to the last one on the left.

Stealthily take down the three enemies when they are not looking.

Collect the Beta Acid from the yellow box in the center of the area.

Leave the inn and deposit the acid in the nearby drop point to complete the Gig.

Tips

To enter room 203, if you don't have Body 16, you can go through room 200 and jump along the balconies to reach the last one on the left.
When dealing with enemies in room 203, use stealth takedowns to avoid detection.
