    After speaking with Fingers, talk to Judy about what happened. You will have a choice: _”I know a local fixer.”_ or _”Let’s give the dark net site a shot.”_

    If you choose _”I know a local fixer.”_, V will suggest contacting Wakako. You can either call her or visit her in person to negotiate for a Death’s Head braindance. After speaking with Wakako, go to the pickup point to get her delivery.

    If you choose _”Let’s give the dark net site a shot.”_, you will have two objectives: “Ask around about XDBs on Jig-Jig Street” and “Locate a terminal and find the Pleasure of NC domain”.

    To locate a terminal, head to a quest marker on Jig-Jig Street. Access the terminal, select “Log In” (requires a breach hacking minigame), go to the “Braindances” tab, and find a prospective dealer.

    To ask around, find the search area highlighted on the minimap (radar (your minimap with nearby blips and threats marked)). Locate a female Joytoy, then search nearby for a sex shop. Enter the shop and ask the clerk about XBDs; they will refer you to a dealer.

    Regardless of the method, you will be led to a tunnel where you can buy the XBD: Deep-Fried Death’s Head Moth from a dealer for €$1,000.

    Once you have the XBD, follow the quest trail to Judy’s van. Get in and start the XBD.

    During the XBD editing mode (press [L1] to enter, hold [L2] to rewind), scan the following: a box of pizza (visual layer), a lab suit (visual layer), and a cup of coffee (visual layer).

    After exiting the braindance, Judy will drive you to the next location. Disembark when she stops her van.

    Head down the sidewalk and note the crumbling building to your left. Beyond it, to the left, is a gate leading to the power plant.

    To enter the power plant grounds: sneak into the ruined building and climb inside, or approach the front gate. At the front gate, you can force open shutters [Technical Ability 7], force open the front gate [Body 9], or double jump onto the roof. You can also use an Access Point [Intelligence 5] inside the grounds.

    Dispatch any Scavs you encounter. Head to the far right corner from the front door inside the factory to find stairs leading down.
Tips
  • The choice between contacting Wakako or using the dark net site does not significantly alter the outcome.
  • If you choose to find the XBD yourself, both methods (terminal or asking around) lead to the same dealer.
  • The power plant is heavily guarded by Scavs. Consider stealth or quickhacking if you don't want to go in guns blazing.
  • There is a locked door requiring Technical Ability 7 to bypass.
  • There is an option to force open shutters requiring Body 7.
  • There is an option to force open the front gate requiring Body 9.
