    Immediately after leaving the Black Sapphire, you'll receive a call from Reed. Wait a few hours for him to contact you again.

    Return to The Moth, descend into the safe house, and meet with Alex and Reed.

    After discussing the upcoming mission, talk with Alex. She will give you a gizmo and instruct you to go to Pacifica to find a tracking station.

    After another conversation with Alex and Reed, Songbird will contact you and upgrade your relic software, granting you 3 Relic Skill Points.

    Go to the western edge of the roof or find a lower section to jump onto.

    Fast travel to the Megabuilding H4 in Santo Domingo. Head east to find a non-functional transceiver on a roof, likely guarded by 6th Street gangers.

    Find the control panel on the edge of the roof, past some solar panels, and activate it.
