Beat on the Brat: Kabuki

First things first, you'll need to have completed 'The Rescue' side job. Once that's done, find Fred near your apartment to get the ball rolling.

Next, make your way to Kabuki. You can find the job marker northeast of the Sutter St Fast Travel Point.

Once you arrive, look for the Bayside Cachet building and climb to its roof. The twins you need to fight are waiting for you up there. Speak to them to get the details of the upcoming brawl.

When the fight starts, your main goal is to avoid getting overwhelmed. Keep moving and block frequently to prevent both twins from landing hits on you simultaneously.

If one of them manages to punch you while you're blocking, quickly press [R2] to push them back. This is your opening to land a few quick punches of your own.

Pay close attention to their kicks, especially. Be ready to parry them. A successful parry opens them up for a heavy punch.

Once you start dealing damage to one of the twins, focus all your attacks on him. Keep up the pressure with heavy punches and well-timed parries until he's down.

With one twin out of the picture, you'll be left fighting the other one-on-one. The strategy here is to hang back a bit until they make a move. When they strike, parry their attack and immediately follow up with heavy attacks to finish them off.

After you've won the fight, approach the twins again to complete the job.
