Head Southwest of the Las Palapas Motel Fast Travel to find the building where Bruce Welby is located.

Enter the area by opening the shutter at the front or by forcing open the gates, which requires a Tech Stat of 5-12.

Once inside, use vehicles and containers as cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) to reach the building in the center without being detected.

Take down the guard and use the computer to disable the cameras.

Go through the door to the right of the stairs and deactivate the turret.

Speak with Bruce, who is sitting by a tent.

Steal the nearby truck and race out of the area.

Go to the extraction point and speak with Archibald to complete the job.
