Where am I? You'll be on some abandoned train tracks southeast of the Offshore St Fast Travel point.

What do I see? Lely Hein Goon is hiding out here. There's also a stationary train you can use for cover.

What do I do? Your best bet is to use the stationary train to stay hidden until you can get behind Lely. Once you have a clear shot, use a quickhack like Overheat or aim for a headshot with your strongest weapon.

Why this way? This keeps you safe while setting up a clean takedown. If you just rush him, you'll be in his shotgun's range, and trust me, that thing hits hard.

Where am I? Still on the abandoned train tracks, likely behind cover.

What do I see? Lely might be hunkering down behind cover for a while. You might have a tech weapon equipped or grenades ready.

What do I do? If Lely is being stubborn and staying behind cover, you've got a couple of options. You can use grenades to try and force him out, or if you have a tech weapon, you can shoot through his cover. This will make him move, giving you an opening.

Why this way? This prevents the fight from dragging on and gives you opportunities to land hits when he's exposed.

Where am I? Wherever Lely fell.

What do I see? Lely Hein Goon's defeated body. You'll also have the 'Farewell' Shard on him.

What do I do? Approach Lely's body, examine it, and collect the 'Farewell' Shard. Read the shard to see Regina's message about the situation. This will wrap up the job.

Why this way? This is the final step to completing the objective and progressing the Cyberpsycho missions.
