Alright, so you've got some new HMs, which means it's time to revisit some old spots and see what goodies you might have missed! Let's tackle this 'Waterfall Item Cleanup' section together.

Route 114

First things first, fly to Route 114. Once you're there, hop on your Pokémon that knows Surf and head west onto the water. Now, you'll need to go up the Waterfall. At the very top, on the west shore, you should find a Rare Candy just waiting for you. Easy peasy!

Route 119

For this next part, make sure you've got your Acro Bike equipped. Fly to Route 119 and head to the Surfing area east of the Weather Institute. You'll want to surf west and then north, heading up another waterfall. Once you land at the top, grab the Leppa Berries and Sitrus Berries you'll find there. These are super handy for keeping your Pokémon in fighting shape!

Keep an eye out near the bridge to the east – there's an invisible Kecleon hiding. Use your Devon Scope to reveal it, and then you'll have to battle it. After that encounter, head across the bridge and go northeast towards two more bridges. Before you cross them, though, take care of the Ninja Boy Hideo nearby. He's got two Koffing Lv. 27 and will give you 432 in prize money.

Now, cross the southern of those two bridges. Tucked away there, you'll find TM62 (Acrobatics). This is a pretty neat move! It doubles in power if you're not holding an item, making it a great choice for a surprise attack.

After grabbing the TM, head back and cross the northern bridge. Talk to the Bird Keeper on the other side. Chatting with him is actually important for getting both of the Bicycles later on. Once you're done there, cross the bridge to the south and snag another Rare Candy. Nice haul!
