Walkthrough
  1. 1
Upon entering the hideout, use Surf to reach the stairs and proceed through the doorway.
  2. 2
In the next area, go up the stairs and enter the nearby teleporter.
  3. 3
    Grab the Nugget and return.
  4. 4
Go west and north into the next teleporter.
  5. 5
Battle the Grunts in this area. The one next to the monitor and the one to his southeast can be fought.
  6. 6
Use the teleporter near the southeast Grunt. This leads to a section with dorms.
  7. 7
You can examine a bed to heal your party.
  8. 8
In the dining hall to the east, grab a Full Restore.
  9. 9
Return through the teleporter, then go north and downstairs.
  10. 10
As you enter the next area, you can buy drinks from the vending machine; Lemonades are preferable.
  11. 11
An Escape Rope can be found next to the vending machine.
  12. 12
Go east and battle the Grunt.
  13. 13
In the room to the north, use the northwest teleporter.
  14. 14
Beyond this teleporter, find a Max Elixir on the east side.
  15. 15
Return through the teleporter, then use the lab’s northeast teleporter and the one beyond that.
  16. 16
In the next room, you can rest using a bed and find TM97 (Dark Pulse) in the corner.
  17. 17
Backtrack to the lab proper and then the hall south of it.
  18. 18
Go east and through the teleporter there.
  19. 19
In the room beyond, go north into the lab to find a Nest Ball.
  20. 20
Defeat the Grunt west of the lab.
  21. 21
If you need to heal again, use the path beyond the southwest teleporter of the lab (this leads to Tabitha’s/Shelly’s room).
  22. 22
Use the southeast teleporter of the lab, then the next one to the east. At the end of the path in the next room, find a PP Max.
  23. 23
Return to the lab and use the teleporter north-northwest of the previous Grunt.
  24. 24
On the other side, defeat the Grunt to the west, then use the teleporter south of him.
  25. 25
Navigate the teleporter puzzle: use the left, middle, right, and right teleporters of the rows you reach.
  26. 26
In the northwest corner of the room beyond, find a Nugget, battle two wild Electrodes, and obtain the Master Ball.
  27. 27
Return to the “L” shaped corridor where the last Grunt was and enter the teleporter west of them. (If in the room full of teleporters, keep using the leftmost one available until you return to the start.)
  28. 28
Go west and battle the Grunt.
  29. 29
Before proceeding west further, equip a Pokémon with a multi-target move as your lead for the upcoming Trainer Horde Battle.
  30. 30
Battle the five Lv. 18 Poochyena in the Horde Battle. Use multi-target moves like Surf, Discharge, Earthquake, or Bulldoze. You receive $720 for this battle.
  31. 31
After the horde battle, go west and get the Max Revive in the corner.
  32. 32
Go north to find Courtney (Omega Ruby) or Matt (Alpha Sapphire).
  33. 33
Omega Ruby: Battle Courtney, who has a Lv. 39 Camerupt.
  34. 34
Alpha Sapphire: Battle Matt, who has a Lv. 39 Sharpedo.
  35. 35
After defeating the admin, go far north and east to use the teleporter.
  36. 36
Proceed south and exit the hideout.
