Back Home Again: Post Credits Beyond

Continue your adventure in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire after the credits roll! Get the S.S. Ticket, help Professor Birch, and collect special starter Pokémon.

Alright, you've beaten the Elite Four and saved the world (twice!), but the adventure isn't quite over yet! After the credits roll, you'll find yourself back in Littleroot Town, ready for the post-game content. Think of it as a victory lap with some extra goodies!

First things first, head downstairs in your house. Your parents are happy to see you, and you'll find a special delivery from Mr. Briney: an S.S. Ticket! This is super important because it unlocks ferry travel to the Battle Resort from Slateport and Lilycove. You've definitely earned some downtime, so get ready for some new challenges.

Before you jet off, don't forget to chat with your mom. She'll give you a Mega Stone based on your version: Latiasite if you're playing Omega Ruby, or Latiosite if you're playing Alpha Sapphire. These are for the Lati Pokémon that are opposite to your version, which is a nice touch if you plan on trading or importing.

Now, head outside your home. You'll hear a familiar cry – it's Professor Birch! He's gotten himself into a bit of a pickle on Route 101, just like at the beginning of the game. Go help him out!

When you get to him, you'll need to pick one of the Johto-region starter Pokémon from his bag to fend off a wild Shroomish. Don't worry, it's a friendly encounter, so no battle needed. Just pick your favorite from Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile!

But wait, there's more! If you return to Route 101 later, Professor Birch will call on you two more times. After the Delta Episode, you can get an Unova starter Pokémon (Snivy, Tepig, or Oshawott), and after you rematch the Elite Four, you can snag a Sinnoh starter Pokémon (Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup). It's a great way to collect some awesome Pokémon you might have missed!
