    From Route 133, Surf west from the initial island.

    Head past the trainers and surf west from the next island.

    On the shallow-water island, Surf west to find a current heading west into calm waters.

    Dive into the deep water below and travel south until you see a large pillar and light.

    Examine the rock pillar to the north; it contains Braille that reads “GO UP HERE”.

    Ascend to the surface.

    You are now in the Sealed Chamber. Examine the Braille-engraved rock walls; they represent the Braille alphabet.

    The northern wall reads “DIG HERE”. Use the Dig move on this spot. If you do not have Dig, teach it to a Pokemon, preferably by replacing a TM move.

    A door will open. Proceed through it.
