Discover Pokémon encounters, trainers, and hidden items on Route 128 in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Your guide to navigating the Hoenn seas!

Alright, let's talk about Route 128 in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. This is a pretty big water route, and while the wild Pokémon you'll find surfing are the usual suspects, there are some interesting things to discover, especially if you're fishing or diving!

Pokémon Encounters:

When you're surfing, you'll find the same Pokémon you've seen in other sea routes. Hopefully, your Repels are still working if you're trying to skip these!

As you first enter Route 128, you'll notice a large circular area to the south; you'll be diving there later. For now, head east and get ready to battle Ace Trainer Cornelius.

Southeast of him, you'll find Fisherman Wayne. Use your Dowsing Machine near him to find a Heart Scale. Keep heading east and you'll encounter Tuber Delmar and some other trainers. Fun fact: the name 'Delmar' sounds like 'del mar' in Spanish, meaning 'of the sea'!

If you surf west from Fisherman Wayne, you'll find a small island. Use your Dowsing Machine there to find another Heart Scale. Nearby is a small Dive spot – that's where you'll find Free Diver Mayu and the underwater seaweed where you can encounter Pokémon like Chinchou and Clamperl.

Now, head back to that big circular shallow area west of the Fisherman. Enter the Dive spot right in the middle of it. Once you're underwater, check the north-central part of the circle for an Adamant Orb. This item is used to power up Dialga, so it's a neat find!

After grabbing the Orb, exit that Dive spot and head to the massive Dive area just outside the circle. Go to the south side of this huge area and enter the cave you find there. This is where your next objective likely lies!
